CONCEPTION

Both Jersey Handball games don't have hard contact or tackling. To draw the whistle defenders must wrap both arms around the ball carrier. That ain't easy in open field.  The offense has just six plays to score. 

Every time something was removed from Football in order to design a safer sport for spring something else had to replace it to ensure a compelling contest. 

Our game's founder took much needed DNA from relatives like Rugby and Aussie Rules along with some original offsets that ended up creating a whole new sport with it's own identity. 

We know there's some orthodox football guys out there who'll think this is heracy. Nobody gives basketball a hard time for not having head injuries.
